Grand Canyon Tiny Homes offers luxurious and semi- luxurious tiny home accommodations for rent, situated only about 19 miles (about 20-minute drive) from the Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance.

What We Offer

Location: The tiny homes are located close to Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance, which is described as peaceful, quiet, safe, and secure. Although the address is technically Williams, AZ, we are 37 miles north of Williams, placing us conveniently close to the Grand Canyon.

Accommodations: We offer various tiny homes that can sleep from 2 up to 8 guests, depending on the home you choose. Most of our homes were custom-designed and built in 2021 or later.

Amenities: Features include:
o Full Bathroom with stand-up luxurious showers.
o Brand-name mattresses and quality linens.
o 4K smart TVs with apps like Hulu/Netflix/YouTube (guests must use their own accounts).
o Free internet/Wi-Fi (speed may differ at times)
o Air conditioning (AC) and Heating.
o Great for relaxing and stargazing.
o Free parking by your doorsteps.

Family-Friendly: Cozy loft that sleeps 2. The accommodation aims to provide a comfortable and fun “home away from home” experience close to the natural beauty of the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim.

• Guests can lounge outdoor on the deck to enjoy the view of the Arizona’s calm desert.

• We provide basic speed internet for you so you can stream entertainment.

• For babies, a pack-n-play may be available.

• We do not have washer and dryers.

• We provide coffee machine that works with pods. However, we do not carry coffee or tea pods. Guest may bring their own coffee pods if they prefer specific brand coffee.
