Location: The Grand Canyon Tiny Home Rentals are located closer to Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance, which is described as peaceful, quiet, safe, and secure.

Accommodations: We offer various Tiny Homes that can sleep from 2 up to 8 guests AND Mobile Homes with/without Kitchenette that can accommodate from 2 up-to 6 Guests depending on the which home you reserve. Most of our homes were custom-designed and built in 2021 or newer.

Amenities: Features include:

• Dining Table for 4.
• Kitchenette with limited pots and pan kitchenware and utensils.
• Mini-fridge
• Private shower with tube.
• Quality mattresses and quality linens.
• 4K smart TVs with apps like Hulu/Netflix/YouTube/Amazon Prime (guests must use their own accounts).
• Free internet/Wi-Fi. Speed may vary at times.

Proximity to Grand Canyon: about 19 miles ( About 20-minute drive) from the Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance.

Listing Amenities & Details

Laundry: No washer and dryer facilities are not available on the property.

Wi-Fi & Entertainment: Basic-speed internet is provide free of cost. Guests can stream their favorite shows and movies with your own You Tube, Amazon Prime or Netflix logins.

Traveling with Babies: A Pack ‘n Play is available upon request for your little ones.

Coffee & Kitchen Basics: Your rental includes a coffee machine compatible with K-pods. Please note: We don’t provide coffee pot or tea kettle. Please note: we do not provide spice: salt, pepper, or sugar and oil. We recommend bringing your own pantry essentials to ensure you have everything you need for your meals.

Groceries: Flagstaff or Williams are the best option. There you’ll find more options.

Shared BBQ Grill: A charcoal BBQ grill is located just outside for all guests to enjoy. Please remember to bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and grilling tools.

Settings: We are suited in a Sage Valley Home Park. Each Home has a space number. The Family Tiny homes are all by in it own space. Where others duplexes with Front side ‘A’ and Back side ‘B’ with its own private entrance. Our other mobile homes have ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ OR ‘D’ listing depending on which homes is reserved.

International Dark Sky: Our area falls under international Dark Sky. Due to this limitation, we are limited to soft lights in the common area. This mean amazing Stargazing.

Stargazing: This location is superb at night. The Dark skies offer world-class stargazing for you to get the most out of your Grand Canyon experience, being right in the middle of the action of the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and the Sky Walk.

Pets: At the moment, we are unable to accommodate pets due to limited inventory and allergies. We appreciate your understanding! Guest will be charges extra cleaning fee done by professional cleaning service provider. Guests will also be charged any loss of revenue due to cancellation of reservation.

Restaurant: There are few restaurant options in Tusayan. This is about 18 miles north of us just outside of the national park. Please check google maps.

Interaction with guests: We take your comfort very seriously, so let us know if there are any issues. We have people who live on site or close to it, to help the guest in any way. We do not interact with guests, we leave you to come and go as you please and give you the privacy you want.

Cancellation Policy: Check Out

All guests must check out on or before the standard check out time. Any late check out will results in full day of charge and inconvenience fee for any guests that are checking in the same day.

Quiet Time: Quiet time between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Guests may not be gather outside, BBQ, Firepit, or any outdoor activities. Quiet time does not apply to any emergencies.

No Smoking

No Smoking Inside or Outside allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in fine equal to maximum deposit. You will not receive deposit.
